Medium frequency furnaceCooling TowerThe cooling medium (soft water, oil or other liquids) is driven by the main circulation pump to circulate between the heat exchanger and the equipment to be cooled. The spray water is evenly sprayed on the heat exchanger to form a uniform pattern on the outer surface of the heat exchanger. Water film, cold air enters the tower from the air inlet at the bottom of the tower body, and flows counter-currently with the spray water through the heat exchanger surface. In this process, there are two heat exchange methods, namely heat conduction between the cold air and the cooling medium and spray water. The spray water evaporates and absorbs heat through heat exchange. After absorbing the heat, the saturated hot and humid air is discharged to the atmosphere by the fan. The remaining spray water flows into the water tank at the bottom of the tower and is then transported to the spray system by the water pump. In this way, the cooling medium in the heat exchanger is cooled down. Fluid cooling towers have two operating modes. Air cooling, air cooling + spray. The switching between the two modes is automatically performed by the electronic control system according to the working conditions to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction.
